Schlumpf HRL-200-P is a hoist based horizontal roll lifter with integrated probe tooling. This product is engineered to assist operators in efficiently lifting rolls with weights to 200 lbs (91 kg).

With the simplicity of the probe tooling and the flexible design, the HRL-200-P is capable of handling rolls with a variety of core sizes at a low cost. Also, the movable hoist point mechanism enables this unit to be quickly adjusted for varying roll widths to ensure exact horizontal positioning.  The HRL-200-P is range specified and great for large width rolls.

By removing the need to “Manhandle” heavy loads the HRL-200-P reduces the risk of operator injury while keeping your valuable product protected from damage, making your work place safer and saving you money.
