VRL (Vertical Roll Lifter). The VRL line is used below the hook of a hoist to lift rolls vertically by the core. Available for metric or inch core sizes from 70mm  to 12 inch and with other optional lifting attachments the VRL line can be used for many lifting applications.  Capacities to 2200 lbs.

HRL (Horizontal Roll Lifter) .  Our horizontal roll lifters are  below the hook end effectors designed  to lift and transport rolls by the core in a  horizontal orientation.  They can be supplied to support the roll by the core or by cradling the roll  by the out side diameter.  Capacities to 1000 lbs.

MRT (manual roll turner) . Our manual roll turners are below the hook end effectors designed to allow operators to both lift and rotate rolls from horizontal to vertical and back in seconds.  The turners design allows the roll to be turned around it's own center of gravity requiring only minimal operator input for even the heaviest rolls. No electricity or air power required, simply hook it to the hoist hook and go.  Capacities  to 500 lbs.

ERT (Electric Roll Turner) . Our electric roll turners are below the hook end effectors designed to allow operators to turn rolls from vertical to horizontal and back with the touch of a button. Available with many standard options such as integrated hoist controls, adjustable handlebar, interchangeable lifting mandrels for core sizes to 12 inch, 110vac or 240vac power etc. Capacities to 750lbs.

Our floor based products range from simple mechanical lifters to fully electric articulating machines.

HRC (Hydraulic Roll Handling Carts)   Our hydraulic roll cart line is designed for use as  low cost roll transportation. Each model is  hydraulic lift and gravity lower and is available with a wide range of customized tops for cradling your valuable products. Capacities to 2000lbs.

MRH (Manual Roll Handler) Our manual roll handler line is designed as a low cost lifter for many applications.  Lifting is powered by a manual winch driven system which is self braking to prevent the load from running away from the operator.  The interchangeable tooling design means that the MRH can be used and customized for many unique applications.  Capacities to 300 lbs.

ERH (Electric Roll Handler) Our electric roll handlers are used to lift, turn, transport, load and unload rolls.  With a fully electric battery powered system the designs offer operators pushbutton control over lifting, lowering, clamping, and rotation from a simple pendant. Capacities to 1000 lbs.
