HRC-1000-PSV360  portable hydraulic cart with  a 360 degree swiveling V-Cradle top for lifting and transporting rolled material.  Unit mounted on 2 (4")fixed and 2 (4") swivel casters for ease of transport and maneuvering.  Equipped with ergonomic handle bar for operator convenience.  Vertical lift powered by  manual  hydraulic foot pump.  Lowering controlled by a manual  relief valve.   Maximum lift capacity 1000 lbs. (454 kg).  Maximum diameter of roll not to exceed 30.00" (762 mm).
