Schlumpf’s HRL-1000 is a hoist based horizontal roll lifter engineered to assist operators in efficiently lifting rolls with weights to 1000 lbs (454 kg). This unit is designed to hang from a standard hoist hook and features our quick change tooling design which accepts both standard and custom accessories for grabbing a variety of products. When used with our standard mandrel, the HRL-1000 can hold the roll by the core and eliminates the need to contact the rolled material, keeping it cleaner and preventing damage. With the standard movable hoist point mechanism, the HRL-1000 can quickly be adjusted for varying roll widths to ensure exact horizontal positioning. By removing the need to “Manhandle” heavy loads the HRL-1000 reduces the risk of operator injury while keeping your valuable product protected from damage, making your work place safer and saving you money.
