HRL-330-AL Schlumpf’s HRL-330-AL is a hoist based horizontal roll lifter with the auto leveling feature. This product is engineered to assist operators in efficiently lifting rolls with weights to 330 lbs (150 kg). This unit is designed to hang from a standard hoist hook and features our quick change tooling design which accepts both standard and custom accessories for grabbing a variety of products. When used with our standard mandrels the HRL-330-AL can hold the roll by the core and eliminate the need to contact the rolled material, keeping it cleaner and preventing damage. With the auto leveling mechanism, the HRL-330-AL is automatically adjusted for varying roll widths to ensure exact horizontal positioning. By removing the need to “Manhandle” heavy loads the HRL-330-AL reduces the risk of operator injury while keeping your valuable product protected from damage, making your work place safer and saving you money.
