HSH-300-PC hand operated hydraulic cradle type shaft handling machines eliminate the risk of operator injuries or damage to expensive equipment that frequently results from the process of manually inserting, extracting and transporting heavy air expanding, mechanical or differential shafts.

The 300 lb (136 kg) lifting capacity of the HSH-300 will accommodate most shaft designs. A heavy duty hydraulic scissor lift mechanism allows precise alignment of the roller bed with the shaft end.

Standard designs include interchangeable tooling for handling multiple shaft diameters and journal configurations, an ergonomic handlebar and  fixed front and rear swivel casters for ease of maneuvering and transport. Options include a 90º swivel top for removing empy shafts from the unwind or reloading the rewind, a re-coring station and a battery powered extractor.
