MRH-300-PT manually powered portable roll handling machine with manual roll turner tooling.  Unit mounted on two rear swivel casters and four fixed front casters for ease of transport and maneuvering. Equipped with ergonomic handle bar for operator convenience.  Equipped with quick change expanding mandrel holder. Mandrels supplied separately.  Vertical lift powered by  manual self locking winch system and mechanical drive assembly.  Maximum lift capacity 300 lbs (136 kg).
