Schlumpf’s MRT-330-AL is a hoist based manual roll turner with an auto leveling feature.  This unit is engineered to assist operators in efficiently lifting and turning products with weights to 330 lbs (150 kg). The unit features our quick change tooling design that accepts both standard and custom tooling accessories for grabbing a variety of products.

Most often used with standard roll handling mandrels the MRT-330-AL’s amazing turning function enables operators to turn even heavy loads with minimal effort and no external power source.  Supplied with the auto leveling feature, the MRT-330-AL automatically adjusts for varying roll widths to ensure exact horizontal and vertical positioning. Rolls can be turned as quickly as the operator can move making for safe, rapid handling of your valuable product. By removing the need to “Manhandle” heavy loads the MRT-330-AL reduces the risk of operator injury and fatigue making your work place safer and saving you money.
