Schlumpf’s HRUP-5000-S stationary electric-hydraulic roll upender-palletizer makes stacking and palletizing heavy rolls virtually effortless. Designed for speed and ease of use, the HRUP-5000-S gives converters a safe and cost effective alternative to “manhandling” valuable rolled products.

 

HRUP-5000-S upenders can be combined with a wide variety of lifting systems for roll placement, and conveyors for loading and unloading doctor machines, slitter rewinders and other converting equipment. The HRUP-5000-S will fully invert rolls with a combined weight of 5,000 lbs (2,250 kg) directly to a pallet, which can then be conveyed or transported via forklift to the packaging or shipping area.

 

The HRUP-5000-S’ table top can be configured with a flat top, or with “V” grooves to align multiple roll sets. For added convenience the HRUP can be equipped with a pusher to center the inverted rolls on the pallet. The HRUP-5000-S is equipped with a keyed wireless remote control and heavy-duty, brand name hydraulic components to last for years of constant use with little or no maintenance.
