Schlumpf Launches New ERH-200 Roll Handling Machine

We are pleased to introduce our latest lightweight handling machine design – the ERH-200.

The ERH-200 is the smaller, lighter version of our very successful ERH-400 series of roll handlers and shaft handlers.

The 200 is available with 8 different standard tooling and options, 3 column height options and 3 base configurations. The machine is designed to deliver quickly from parts in stock.

The ERH-200 features:

• A compact 2-speed lift drive
• Printed circuit card control
• Lightweight extruded aluminum mast
• Euro style, straddle style or 4-wheel swivel base
• Quick change high capacity or standard capacity battery box
• UP / DOWN switches on micro pendant
• Super user friendly
• Quick change mount to accommodate any tooling design

A design for manually operated OD clamp tooling is in the works.
